Cat's Kids Yoga provides fun, age appropriate, and encouraging yoga classes for children. These yoga classes are designed just for kids! Classes are available on-site at your child’s school. Children will explore hands on breathing exercises, body awareness through yoga poses, and learn to strengthen the mind and body connection. Classes empower children to learn healthy stress management, positive self care, and life skills to be their very best self. Scroll down to learn more about specific ages and class descriptions.

Toddler Classes
School Age Classes
These classes are offered during the school day or after school. Classes consist of exercises that strengthen the mind, body, and heart connection. Working with physical yoga poses, breath awareness exercises, games that encourage social emotional skills, practicing loving kindness, and many more mindful activities! The skills children learn through yoga, empower them to use what they learn in the real world – school, home, or other social situations. As a result, children will have a healthy set of tools to bring awareness and mindfulness into their lives.
