Cat's Kids Yoga provides fun, age appropriate, and encouraging yoga classes for children. These yoga classes are designed just for kids! Classes are available on-site at your child’s school. Children will explore hands on breathing exercises, body awareness through yoga poses, and learn to strengthen the mind and body connection. Ages 18 months - 2 years old
A unique class just for toddlers that keeps their attention. Learning mindfulness with animal yoga poses, action songs, stories with life lessons, fun games, and calming techniques.
Ages 3 - 4 years old
A playful class that encourages the children to learn about themselves and others while doing individual, partner, and group yoga. We will be playing yoga games, creating mindful art, exploring music, and feeling their breath in calm and active states.
Ages 4 - 5 years old
A structured class about learning calm, mindful, and healthy coping techniques children can take with them to kindergarten. Exploring breath and mindful exercises to center themselves, yoga flows, music, art, and games to embrace individuality and togetherness.
